WHY ORDERS MAY BE FLAGGED OR CANCELED

IF YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECTLY CANCELED
If you believe your order has been canceled in error, please promptly contact us at contact@bandzup.co with the following information:
- Order Number
- Government-issued Photo ID (If the billing name differs from the order recipient, please provide IDs for both individuals.)
- Credit Card Verification: Submit a clear photo displaying your name and the last four digits of your credit card. For your protection, please obscure all other sensitive information.
Our team will quickly review the information provided and assist in resolving the issue.
BEST PRACTICES TO AVOID ORDER CANCELLATION
To reduce the likelihood of your order being flagged or canceled:
- Ensure your billing address matches exactly what is on file with your financial institution.
- Use consistent shipping and billing addresses whenever possible.
