1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to verification, product availability, quality control, and fraud prevention. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Additional time may be required during high-volume periods.

A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

We offer domestic shipping within the U.S. through USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Bandzup is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

3. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not in stock at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • Estimated shipping window: up to 8 weeks
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable as payments secure production
  • Timelines may shift due to supplier delays

4. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • In-stock items ship first
  • Pre-orders ship separately at no additional cost

5. DELIVERY CONFIRMED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Wait 48 hours as tracking may update early
  • Check all possible delivery areas (mailbox, porch, lobby, etc.)
  • Verify your shipping address matches the confirmation email
  • Ask household members or neighbors
  • Contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777

Bandzup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours at contact@bandzup.co
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage, if applicable

We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. Investigation timelines may vary by case.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS

To change your shipping address:

  • Submit your request within 24 hours of purchase
  • Late requests may not be honored and could incur reshipping fees

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be contacted by email
  • A reshipping fee will apply

We strongly encourage you to double-check all shipping details before placing your order.

9. HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or holidays. Bandzup is not liable for delayed delivery during these times. Place orders early to ensure on-time arrival.
